Hariolf is CEO of the law firm YPOG and, with the LegalTech unit YSolutions, is responsible for developing new digital business models in the areas of law and compliance. He has more than 20 years of experience in the digitization of services, was the founder of the European Legal Technology Association, and is a non-executive director of the Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession.

Marius is involved in the digitization of the YPOG law firm as a process and technology expert and manages the technological development of YSolutions. As a project manager, Marius acts as the interface between legal and tech, using his expertise to turn rough ideas into digital legal products.

Senior Project Lawyer at YPOG
Marthe is a Senior Project Lawyer at YPOG and our expert for the transparency register at YSolutions. She completed her law studies in Strasbourg with a bachelor's and master's degree in business law, as well as a second master's degree in European law at Panthéon-Assas University in Paris. After being admitted to the bar, she worked for four years as a lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.

Jens is a lawyer and initially worked for a commercial law firm specializing in IT and corporate law, before spending more than 10 years as Chief Compliance Officer at the listed Swiss company ALSO Holding AG, a technology provider operating across Europe. Jens is our compliance expert and is responsible for the technical quality of YSolutions services.

YSolutions is the unit that develops digital solutions for legal and compliance issues using legal design, legal operations, legal process management, tools, apps, and interfaces.
